To obtain a refund all returned MugToGo cases must be received in original unopened condition within 30 days of purchase and include a copy of invoice showing purchase date. We will not accept any cases with partial merchandise. We cannot accept returns after 30 day mark. Return costs are the responsibility of the buyer and only the actual purchase price will be refunded. Shipping charges are not refundable. If you had received a quantity discount and your return brings you under the quantity threshold, you will lose the discount on the items kept.
